1 Introduction

gk77 is an online gaming platform operated in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The platform provides access to online casino games, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, fishing games, bingo, and other gaming products (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms apply to all users of the gk77 platform, including registered players and visitors. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

gk77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the gk77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines. gk77 strictly enforces this requirement and will verify your age during the registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gk77 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gk77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gk77 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on gk77, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all gk77 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered gk77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gk77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.
• KYC Verification: gk77 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and at other points determined by our compliance team. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: gk77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gk77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: gk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All payment methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: gk77 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals may be restricted if you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement. Please review the applicable bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.
• Transaction Fees: gk77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gk77 accepts no responsibility.

gk77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gk77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gk77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may be restricted to specific games, game categories, or payment methods.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Modification and Withdrawal: gk77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Specific bonus terms and conditions will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gk77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of software tools (including bots, scripts, or automated systems) designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to gk77 immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the gk77 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gk77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your gk77 account through your payment provider.

7 Games & Fairness

gk77 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms apply to all games available on the platform:

• Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games (including slots, RNG table games, and fishing games) use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including gk77.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios using real dealers and physical equipment. These games are subject to the same fairness standards as RNG games and are monitored continuously.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gk77 platform — including but not limited to the gk77 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of gk77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gk77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the gk77 platform without prior written consent.
• Use any gk77 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the gk77 platform.
• Create derivative works based on any gk77 content.

Any unauthorised use of gk77's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by gk77.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

gk77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the gk77 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gk77 is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

gk77 may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other competent bodies in accordance with applicable law, including for the purposes of AML compliance and PAGCOR reporting obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gk77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gk77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to the availability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond gk77's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the gk77 platform.

gk77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gk77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gk77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time:

• By You: You may close your gk77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• By gk77: gk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the gk77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and gk77, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes or the application of bonus terms, gk77's decision — made in good faith and based on available records — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
